Drawing in nature is immersive and contemplative, at times overwhelming, a source of wonder. Drawing is a process of interpretation, wayfinding, and transliteration that awakens my senses as I engage with it. Drawing from perception, intuition, and imagination, drawing can seem to draw in the physicality of the environment to the material landscape of the surface.
