Paintings and works on paper which combine water and fat-based mediums. An emphasis on the gesture– a short-stroke, its tempo, direction and color. I was listening to sounds of the neighborhood. The paintings were made with oil paint and water color applied where the oil paint wasn’t. The oil paint was buttery. The watercolor thin. The oil paint was mixed and applied with pieces of cardboard, the watercolor with a soft brush.
The works on paper (and related packaging pieces) use water-based paints (watercolor and gouache) and a variety of wax crayons.
The paintings were lost.
